BOOKING TERMS

 PAYMENT POLICY 
Room Rates are applied per room and include V.A.T. and local tax (Climate TAX: 8€ / per night) 
In order to secure your booking a deposit of  50% will be required. Please send a photo or an attachment of the deposit receipt on

The outstanding balance will be paid during your staying.
  
CANCELLATION POLICY 
Deposit 50% of the total cost of the reservation. The deposit is not refundable in any case of cancellation. 
No free modifications for less days prior of your arrival can be accepted . The stay will be charged with the total cost of the original reservation and the relevant balance must be paid.
This policy cannot be altered for covid -19  related issues. 
In case of  refund for any reason, the commission from the bank will be burden the guest and not the accommodation. 
  
CHECK-IN POLICY 
Check-In time: 15:00 - 21:00
Check in can be performed contactless (if your arrival is later than 21:00 it can be arranged, but only upon request)
 
Check-Out time: 10:00
 
ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY
